Terms of Service

1. The service

Mapstack lets you generate, schedule, and publish marketing content for your business listings. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ and authorised to represent the business you onboard. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, scams, or platform-policy violations.
• No illegal content, hate speech, sexual content, or impersonation.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass quotas or RLS.
• You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process and publish it on your behalf.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Quotas reset at UTC midnight. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Third-party networks

Publishing requires you to authorise Mapstack to act on your behalf via OAuth. We do not control those networks' uptime or content moderation. You agree their terms apply to content posted there.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, with notice when feasible.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
